Both completed trilogies of the Nine Kingdoms series end on a high note, and leave readers completely satisfied with the outcome…but it is the third trilogy that we see a beloved secondary character step into the spotlight. Dec 10, Kristen Robison rated it liked it.
There is nothing I enjoy reading more, than a wholly original, character driven work of fantasy. Despite having never been shown kindness, warmth, or tenderness—our heroine has a compassionate, fiercely honorable, and selflessly giving nature.
